By accessing or using RegimeEdge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and GridFlow Labs ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
RegimeEdge provides daily quantitative market regime signals derived from a proprietary analysis framework. The Service includes a daily email digest, a REST API, and the web interface at regimeedge.com.
Signals are generated algorithmically and updated on trading days. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services.
New users may access a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, access will cease unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.
Paid subscriptions are currently processed manually. Early adopter pricing is grandfathered for the life of the subscription. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@regimeedge.com for assistance.
API keys and preference tokens are personal and non-transferable. Keep them confidential. Excessive usage or abuse may result in suspension.
The RegimeEdge service, including the underlying regime detection engine, algorithms, signals, data structures, outputs, and all related technology (collectively, the "Technology"), is owned by GridFlow Labs and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and its outputs solely for your personal or internal business purposes during your active subscription or trial.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any particular purpose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Signals are probabilistic and based on historical patterns. You assume all risk associated with any trading decisions made using or influenced by RegimeEdge.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridFlow Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time with reasonable notice where practical. You may cancel your subscription by contacting hello@regimeedge.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
