The short version: We only collect what is strictly necessary to deliver your daily digest — your email address, name (optional), and chosen tickers.
We do not track you, sell your data, or collect any trading activity.
1. Who We Are
GridFlow Labs operates the RegimeEdge service at regimeedge.com, including the API and daily email digests.

2. Information We Collect
We collect only the following:
- Email address — to deliver the daily digest and account emails
- Name — optional, used only for personalising emails
- Ticker preferences — the assets you want included in your digest
We do not collect:
- IP addresses from the API
- Which tickers you query via the API
- Any information about how you use the signals in your trading
- Cookies, tracking pixels, or device identifiers
- Any financial or payment data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to:
- Send you the daily RegimeEdge signal digest
- Send account-related emails (welcome, trial confirmation, expiry notices)
- Respond to support requests you send us
4. Data Storage and Security
Your subscriber data is stored in a private SQLite database on a secure DigitalOcean server.
Access is restricted to SSH key authentication only.
Email delivery is handled by Resend.com — your email address is shared with them solely for sending emails.
5. Preferences Tokens
Your preferences page uses a unique, random token sent only in your emails.
This token lets you update your tickers without a password. Treat the link as private.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your subscription or trial is active.
Unverified trial signups are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct or update your information
- Request deletion of your record
- Unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in any digest email

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers.
